Position Summary:
The Seasonal Grounds Maintenance works under the direct supervision of the Head Grounds Superintendent at Battlefield Golf Club. This position is created to provide assistance to the Head Grounds Superintendent in the maintaining and preserving of the ground at Battlefield Golf Club. This work requires standard practices of grounds maintenance, equipment operations. Physical work can be extensive. Job duties include, but are not limited to: • tMaintaining golf course properties • tEquipment operation (mowing, weed eating, etc.) • tMaintenance equipment cleaning. • tClubhouse grounds and landscaping. • tOther specified duties as specified by the Head Grounds Superintendent • tConstruction, renovation and/or reconstruction of such properties performed by maintenance staff
Assistant Golf Shop Attendant

Position Summary:
Work is performed under the general supervision of the Head Pro Shop Attendant and Director of Golf. This position requires minor physical labor. The role of this position is to assist the with execution of daily golf operations. Job duties include, but are not limited to: ? Responsible for proper charging of members and guests at the point-of-sale. ? Communicate and respond to members and guests in a friendly manner. ? Complete T-Sheet as follows: Member and Guest’s name and description. ? Record the appropriate charge for the day. ? Take reservations for County parks. ? Display merchandise with the assistance of golf professional. ? Clean the golf shop. ? Keep daily guest logs for the tracking of members and guests. ? Be a salesperson out on the floor of the golf shop for the sale of merchandise. ? Assist staff in the enforcement of club rules and regulations. ? Be familiar with membership and management changes. ? Be responsible for returns from members and guests. ? Assist with all tournament operations. ? Manage the golf shop in the absence of the Head Golf Shop Attendant

Position Summary:
Responsible for the golf carts and driving range. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Director of Golf and or the Head Golf Shop Attendant. This position requires minor physical labor. The role of this position is to assist the Director of Golf with execution of daily golf operations as pertaining to golf carts and the driving range. Job duties include, but are not limited to: • tProviding excellent customer service • tFueling and cleaning golf cart fleet • tGolf cart staging as directed by the tee sheet for the day. • tKeeping pace of play on the golf course as stated by management policy. • tRanger the course and in a polite and courteous manner inform players of rules of the course. • tFilling and distributing water coolers in the morning. • tRemoving water coolers at night. • tTrash collection. • tKeeping facility clean. • tInform golf shop of any supply needs. • tHelp to supply pencils and scorecards to players and communicate any rules of the day. • tAssists with tournaments as directed by management. • tPicking the range of golf balls and washing them. • tAssist in Golf outing preparation. • tRepresenting the facility in a professional manner

This position is responsible for providing a safe and secure environment to maintain and lodge all inmates remaining in the Detention Center. This position oversees the daily activities and ensures that all work is completed on shift. This position requires the capability of making sound, independent and immediate life or death decisions as they are warranted. This position shall be able to be physically capable of defending themselves, fellow employees, inmates and the community at large, at all times. This position serves as a peace office of the Commonwealth of Kentucky for Madison County, with all the rights, privileges and duties assigned by law.
